边永卫，北京大学语言学博士，教授，加拿大大不列颠哥伦比亚大学、美国加州大学伯克利分校访问学者。研究方向为英语学习者认同、英语教育、语篇分析、语言、文化与认同等，发表论文近20篇，其中SSCI、CSSCI论文4篇，书评1篇，译文2篇，专著1部，译著1部。参与3项国家社科基金项目，其中两项跟踪研究为子项目负责人，其研究成果荣获教育部第七届高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖。主持1项北京市高校教学改革创新项目。运行行动研究的“英语基础”课程获“北京高校优质本科课程”。

Bian Yongwei, Doctor of Linguistics, Professor,Visiting Scholarat the University of British Columbia in Canada, and the University of California at Berkeley in the USA. Her research interests include English learner identity, English education, discourse analysis, language, culture and identity etc. She has published 20 articles, including 4 SSCI and CSSCI articles, 1 book review, 2 translated articles, 1 translated book and 1monograph.She has also participated in three projects of The National Social Science Fund of China, being a sub-project leader for two longitudinal ones, the results of which have won the second prize of the Seventh Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education. Furthermore, she has presided over a project of Teaching Reform and Innovation in BeijingUniversities, and “Intensive Readings” she once taught has been awarded “High-quality Undergraduate Coursein BeijingUniversities”.
