Liu Miao is an associate professor. She earned her Ph.D. in Economic Law at Peking University and was a visiting scholar in the Law School at the University of Michigan. She currently serves as a council member of Finance and Taxation Law Research Association of China Law Society. He is also a council member of Beijing Taxation Law Research Association. Her principal expertise and research areas include the Finance and Taxation Law, Intellectual Property Law，Company Law and Cyber Law. He has published one monographs and more than 10 academic papers in peer-reviewed journals. She also has very rich experience in legal practice for more than one decade.
