曾在最高人民法院从事博士后研究工作。发表CSSCI论文10余篇，出版学术专著5部，主持参与国家及省部级课题10余项。

Pan Jing is a lecturer. She earned her Ph.D. in Economic Law at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and engaged in post doctoral research at the Supreme People’s Court. She currently serves as a council member of the Network Law Professional Committee of China Judicial Theory Research Association. She is also a council member of the Director of China Behavior Law Society, and the vice secretary-general of the Beijing Network Law Research Association. Her principal expertise and research areas include the Finance Law, Cyber Law and Commercial Law. He has published over 10 journal articles and authored five monographs.
