He has long been engaged in the research of Data Security law, Personal Information Protection Law and Artificial Intelligence Law. He deeply participated in the formulation of cybersecurity law and e-commerce law and has published seven books including Research on Personal Information Protection Law, E-commerce Law, etc. He has published more than 40 articles in core journals including Journal of Comparative Law, Science of Law, Oriental Law, and Tribune of Political Science and Law, and has also presided over more than 30 projects entrusted by Cyberspace Administration of China, NPC Financial and Economic Committee, State Post Bureau, China Mobile, etc.
