于翠波，2004年获北京邮电大学工学博士学位。现为北京邮电大学人文学院副教授，硕士生导师，2013-2014英国University of sheffield访问学者。任职以来共发表论文40余篇，副主编出版教材3本。参与申请国家发明专利19项，已获得授权5项，参与省部级项目2项、主持横向项目6项，作为主研人参与各类10余项；2023年主持“移动通信”北京高校优质本科课程。

YU Cuibo,who obtained her Ph.D. in Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2004. now she is an associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Humanities, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Visiting Scholar at the University of Sheffield in the UK from 2013 to 2014. Since taking office, she have published more than 40 papers, and the deputy editor in chief has published 3 textbooks. She had participated in 19 national invention patent applications and had obtained 5 authorizations. She had participated in 2 provincial and ministerial level projects and led 6 horizontal projects, and participated in more than 10 various types of research as the main researcher. In 2023, she hosted a high-quality undergraduate course on "Mobile Communications" in Beijing universities.
