人文学院教授,教育学学科负责人,教育技术研究所副所长,校学术委员会委员。
主要研究领域为智慧教育环境、数据驱动教学和学习技术标准化等。
主持国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究基金项目、北京市社会科学基金、北京市教育科学规划课题等国家级及省部级课题10余项。在权威期刊发表学术论文80余篇,出版教材著作6部。主编国家标准2项,ISO国际标准1项,行业标准2项。
获北京市高等教育教学成果二等奖1项、北京邮电大学教学成果奖多项,全国信息技术标准化委员会标准化工作先进个人。
兼任全国信息技术标准化技术委员会教育技术分技术委员会(TC28/SC36,暨教育部教育信息化技术标准委员会)副秘书长,全国标准数字化标准化工作组(SWG29)委员,ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36,ISO/IEC JTC1/SC24,ISO/IEC JTC1/WG15委员等。
Dr. Qing LI is a professor in the Faculty of Humanities, head of the Education Department, Deputy Director of the Institute of Educational Technology, with membership on the University Academic Committee.
His primary research interests encompass intelligent educational environments, data-driven pedagogy, and the standardization of learning technologies.
He has spearheaded over ten projects at the national and provincial/ministerial levels, including grants from the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education's Fund for Humanities and Social Sciences Research, the Beijing Social Science Fund, and projects under the Beijing Education Science Planning initiative. His scholarly output includes more than 80 papers published in prestigious academic journals and the authorship of six textbooks. He has also served as the lead editor for two national standards, one ISO international standard, and two industry standards.
His accolades include a second-place Award for Excellence in Higher Education Teaching in Beijing, numerous Teaching Achievement Awards from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and recognition as an Advanced Individual in Standardization Work by the National Committee for Information Technology Standardization.
In addition to his academic and research contributions, he holds the position of Deputy Secretary-General for the Technical Subcommittee on Educational Technology of the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee (TC28/SC36), which doubles as the Ministry of Education's Committee on Educational Information Technology Standards. He is also a member of the National Standard Digitalization Standardization Working Group (SWG29), and serves on several ISO/IEC committees, including JTC1/SC36, JTC1/SC24, and JTC1/WG15.
