北京师范大学博士,清华大学博士后,北京邮电大学人文学院副教授,硕士生导师,兼任《开放教育研究》(CSSCI)外审专家,华人计算机教育应用大会(GCCCE)客座评审、华人探究学习创新应用大会(GCCIL)会议评审员,清华大学校友会教育研究院分会理事,山东省高等职业院校国家级师资培训项目客座教授。主持国家社会科学基金教育学、北京市教育科学“十三五”规划课题,核心参与多项国家和省部级课题。发表多篇SSCI、CSSCI检索论文,论文被人大复印报刊资料库转载。作为主要撰稿人合作出版3本专著,参编2本《教育技术学》教材。致力于高等教育数字化转型,在全国各地开展混合教学改革的讲座与教师培训,至今已培训了几十所学校的数千名教师。

Huang Yue, holding a PhD from Beijing Normal University and having completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Tsinghua University, currently occupies the position of an associate professor at the School of Humanities, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and fulfills the role of master's student supervisor. She also serves as an external reviewer for "Open Education Research" (CSSCI), a guest reviewer for the Greater China Conference on Computer Education (GCCCE), and a conference reviewer for the Greater China Conference on Inquiry Learning Innovation Applications (GCCIL). In addition, Dr. Huang serves as a board member of the Education Research Institute branch of the Tsinghua University Alumni Association and a visiting professor for the National Teacher Training Program for Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province.

Dr. Huang has spearheaded various research initiatives, securing funding from prestigious entities such as the National Social Science Foundation in Education and the "13th Five-Year Plan" for Education Sciences in Beijing. She has exhibited active involvement in numerous national and provincial-level projects. Her scholarly contributions are reflected in the publication of numerous papers indexed by respected databases such as SSCI and CSSCI, with select works being reprinted in the Renmin University of China's photocopy periodical database. Notably, as a lead author, she has collaborated on the production of three monographs and contributed to two textbooks focusing on Educational Technology. Aligned with her academic pursuits, Dr. Huang demonstrates a steadfast commitment to advancing the digital transformation of higher education. She conducts lectures and facilitates teacher training sessions aimed at fostering blended learning reform nationwide, thereby impacting the professional development of thousands of educators across diverse educational institutions.
