长期从事民族预科教育教学，注重启发式教学和创新思维培养，注重“教书”和“育人”相结合。主持或参与部级、校级课题10余项，主编预科教材3册，发表SCI、EI、中文核心等各级别论文10余篇。

Wang Xueyan is a doctor and lecturer in Preparatory Education Center. His research areas include intelligent information system and science and engineering teaching of preparatory education. In his teaching experience, he pays attention to heuristic teaching, the cultivation of innovative thinking, and the combination of teaching with education. He has directed or participated in over 10 projects, edited 3 textbooks, and published over 10 journal articles.
